Walking the Tao – Chapter 42

Let’s not waste our energy by trying to force things to be the way we want them to be. Yin and Yang together are essential for life. When we relax and remain at the center, trusting events, we find enormous reserves of creative energy available that would otherwise be dissipated in fret and furor.

  1. Loved the birdsong—you just allowed! Thanks Bill for another great reminder. My husband & I are taking an impulsive trip back east to see my aging (& hard to get along with) father. I’ve been anxious about all the details, yet have been also striving to trust & just allow! I want to stay with the trusting! Thanks for the encouragement!
