Archives of Tao moments

If we followed the Tao, we would lose all sense of urgency
and wait patiently until we saw things clearly,
and right action emerged all by itself. From Tao Te Ching, Ch. 5

The smoke from a multitude of summer fires has dimmed my vistas and clouded my mind for weeks. A rain came a few days ago and I now see clearly across the pasture to Black Butte. I also see the stars in the early morning. The wait has made it all into a simple and special blessing. (Sept 24, 2021)
